When you have made your purchase online, you will be given an order reference number. If you enter this number along with your email address in the order tracking section of our website (above), you will be able to see the current status of your order.

What does each Status mean?
Order Received: Your order has been received by Electric Ireland Store.
Being Picked: Your order is currently being picked/selected by Electric Ireland Store staff.
Order Dispatched: Your order has been processed, is in the process of being dispatched to you and will be confirmed via email.
Order Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, with no charges made to your card.
