In order to find a particular product type e.g. chimney balloon, simply type this into the search engine box located on the top left hand section of each page. The search engine will bring up that particular product(s). You can also browse through our range of products using the product categories on the left hand side of each page.

No. You can purchase from the Electric Store without being a registered member, and access the regular checkout.

To add a product to your basket, simply click the "Add to Basket" button located next to the product image. This will automatically add the product to your basket.

You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the "View Basket" link located at the top right hand side of the page.

If you have added a product to your basket and no longer wish to purchase it, simply access your basket and click the "remove" button next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this product from your basket.

If you wish to empty your basket of all items, click on the "Remove All" link at the bottom of your basket.

The Electric Ireland Store accepts Visa, Mastercard. and Laser card. All prices are displayed and charged in Euro.

If a product is defective in any way, please return it and we will either deliver a new one to you, or refund you the cost of the product. We will also refund the cost of posting back the defective product.

When you make an online purchase, you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order or bespoke/customised goods) up to 7 days after receiving your order. With the Electric Ireland store ,you can return any item within 10 days of receipt for a refund of that item, or to exchange it (i.e. an additional 3 days over the statutory 7 days).

For Republic of Ireland, products are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Click here to view our delivery structure and lead times. Where possible, we will try to adhere to or even better these lead times.

Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control.  In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order in the timeframe promised, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay and to give you an estimated delivery date.

Please note that items will only be delivered to the address specified on the order, except in the case where there is no one home when it may  be delivered to a neighbour. Items are not available for collection.

You can change or cancel an order as long as it hasn't already been dispatched.
